A native of Arkansas, Dr. Bolding began his educational training and developed his research interest at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he earned his B.S. in 1985. He then attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, where he further developed his passion for research, winning multiple research awards and earning his D.D.S. in 1989. After his dental training, he was accepted into the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program at Baylor University Medical Center, where, in addition to his Specialty Certification that he received in 1993, he continued his research and teaching interest; he also earned a Postdoctoral Masters in Craniofacial Biology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, in 1992.
Dr. Bolding is a former Board Examiner and current diplomate of the Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is an internationally recognized leader and renowned educator in the area of orthognathic surgery (jaw reconstruction), temporomandibular (jaw joint) surgery, and dental implants. He has numerous publications and has dedicated his career to advancing the art and science of dentistry. In 2016, Dr. Bolding’s father began to develop Alzheimer’s disease and then, in 2017, his father had a debilitating stroke that the neurologist and neurosurgeons were convinced was most likely attributed to obstructive sleep apnea. As a result, Dr. Bolding has dedicated his career and talents as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to assisting in the efforts to find solutions to treat Sleep Disorder Breathing and Alzheimer’s.
In addition to his work at PRECiDENT, Dr. Bolding has been widely recognized as a healthcare and business visionary. He has consulted with hospitals, physicians, dentists, and many other medical/dental industry leaders for over 15 years on improving business processes to deliver higher quality healthcare to patients. His passion for quality healthcare is easily recognizable and remains one of his primary motivations as a frequent speaker on the value of improved business systems and technology in the healthcare industry.
Simha Kukunooru, BDS

Biography
Dr. Simha was born and raised in India where he graduated from PMNM dental college and hospital with highest honors in 2003. After practicing briefly in India, he then moved to the states in pursuit of higher education. While working as a research assistant at University of Alabama at Birmingham, he was accepted to the speciality periodontal residency program at University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry and Birmingham VA Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He received his Certificates in Periodontology simultaneously from University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry and Birmingham VA Medical Center in 2010.
Dr. Simha moved to south florida to join as a periodontal faculty at Nova Southeastern University College of dental medicine. While teaching at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine from 2010 – 2011, he also served as the Interim Predoctoral program director. He then moved to Tampa, FL in 2011 and practiced as an associate periodontist in a dental organization for the last nine years. While practicing in the Tampa bay area, he was invited to teach at Lake Erie College of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL. As a faculty at Lake Erie College of Dental Medicine, he was involved in developing the undergraduate periodontal curriculum and didactic teaching from 2013 to 2015. Dr. Simha joined the office of Dr. Ron Kobernick in January 2020 and is wholeheartedly looking forward to serving the community of pinellas county and surrounding areas. His goal is to use the latest clinical concepts and state of the art technology to provide exceptional care with a warm smile. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lakshmi and their son.

Bio:
Dr. Shah earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Economics from Tufts University in Medford, MA. Following graduation, she moved back home to New Jersey to pursue her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at Rutgers University (formerly UMDNJ) in Newark, NJ. Upon completion of her doctorate, she accepted a one-year internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ, where she discovered her love for surgery. She subsequently completed a rigorous four-year residency training program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center and the VA Medical Center in East Orange, NJ, where she also served as chief resident. During this time, she participated in monthly craniofacial team meetings and management of patients with craniofacial defects. She had the opportunity to participate in a medical mission trip to Zambia along with a team of craniofacial and plastic surgeons and was involved in several cleft lip and palate corrective surgeries. This was both a privilege and a humbling experience. Dr. Shah has received training in all areas of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including management of TMJ disorders, head and neck pathology, corrective jaw surgery, placement of dental implants, dental extractions, minor bone grafting, general anesthesia and sedation, and management of maxillofacial trauma.
Dr. Shah is committed to a patient-first approach and treats every patient the way she would want her own family members to be treated. She has a handful of publications and maintains a passion for clinical research and academic oral surgery. She is enthusiastic about always remaining current and using her knowledge and skills to optimize patient care.
In her spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys being outdoors at the beach or pool, spending time with friends and family, traveling and exploring local cuisines, and making art. She is thrilled to be practicing in and serving the vibrant St. Pete/Tampa Bay community.
